Specialist Valuations



These specialist valuations apply to properties purchased through funding mechanisms which have a greater set of mandatory requirements associated with them. These include:



Shared Ownership Valuations


Independent RICS valuation for your Housing Association if you are selling your property or increasing your share (commonly known as ‘stair-casing’).

The Valuation Process


We try to make the process as easy as possible. All you need to do is:

  • Provide full property address via the enquiry form here or by phone and state the service you require
  • We aim to provide quotation within 3 hours and at minimum same day
  • Terms of engagement completed and invoice paid
  • You can either record any specific queries on our website prior to the inspection and/or discuss the property with the surveyor who will be carrying out the inspection.
  • We will arrange property access and confirm the date of inspection
  • The report will be returned to you within 2 working days
