-Welcome to our referral portal for property professionals. We ask that those referring clients to us complete this short form for each referral. We are still happy for you to pass our contact details onto your clients via the link below, in addition to completing this form.
-Both this form and the client contact form include an option to request a call back and we aim provide calls to both clients and preorpty professionals within 4 business hours of the form being completed.
What Areas do we cover:
-We cover almost all of Greater London, and large parts of the Home Counties
Referral process:
-Optional: In addition to completing this form, you can send this link to your client: farrowandgould.com/contact and/ or tick the box 'Wait for client to contact you' if you don't want us to make direct client contact.
-We will contact your client by email with a follow-up text message, and if we don't hear back, we will send a single follow-up email 3 business days later. We will not follow-up leads beyond this unless we are directly requested to do so.
-For the first successful referral that you make to us, we will contact you by the email address provided. This short form will register you on our banking system in order to pay the referrals in a maximum of 3 business days. Future referrals will automatically be paid and a confirmation email will be sent when we send you the referral payment.
Why do we ask for a client phone numbers in the below form:
- Many businesses, including our company, send emails to recipients which may be blocked by spam filters. We follow up our intitial email with a single text message in order to ensure it has been received. We will not otherwise contact clients by phone unless this is specifically requested.
Why do we ask for a full address:
- We provide bespoke survey quotations. Where full addresses are not provided and the property cannot be identified, this is likely to result in a delay in providing a quotation while we await this information.
