Thank you for contacting Farrow & Gould Chartered Surveyors. Please complete the below contact form to request an email quotation for a RICS Home Survey Level 2/ Level 3 or Valuation.
By completing the below form, we can obtain the minimum amount of information about the property to provide you with a bespoke quotation.
Quotation requests received before 4pm will be sent same-day, with a follow-up text message. Please check your spam filter if you have not received our quotation.
I need to speak with someone:
99% of questions that we have ever been asked regarding the service will be included in our quotation email, for example:
- When can you do the survey?
- Can I speak to the surveyor?
- How soon will I get the report?
- What is inspected/ included in each survey level?
- Which survey is most suitable?
- What is the difference between a level 2 and level 3 survey?
- Why would I get a valuation?
- Do I need to make arrangements for you to access the property?
- Can I pay in instalments/ when is payment required?
- How to I proceed?
We ask that any queries are raised by responding to the quotation email, rather than replying to the automated text alert.
Why don't we have our phone number on this contact form?
Most of the administration of our company is done by RICS surveyors. This means:
- A RICS surveyor and not an administrative member of our team will answer technical questions directly.
- Our surveyors are on-site for the majority of the working day and are able to pick up email enquiries, but not phone enquiries.
Why do we ask for your phone number in the below form:
- Many businesses, including our company, send emails to recipients which may be blocked by spam filters. We follow up our quotation email with a single text message in order to ensure it has been received.
Why do we ask for a full address:
- We provide bespoke survey quotations. Where full addresses are not provided and the property cannot be identified, this is likely to result in a delay in providing a quotation while we await this information
