Why don't we have our phone number on this contact form?

Most of the administration of our company is done by RICS surveyors. This means: 

• A RICS surveyor and not an administrative member of our team will answer technical questions directly.
• We therefore offer a call back service, once the query is assigned to the person best able to deal with it.

Why do we ask for your phone number in the below form:

• Many businesses, including our company, send emails to  recipients which may be blocked by spam filters. We follow up our intitial email with a single text message in order to ensure it has been received. 

Why do we ask for a full address:

• We provide bespoke survey quotations. Where full addresses are not provided and the property cannot be identified, this is likely to result in a delay in providing a quotation while we await this information
